Vancouver to Seattle…..

After a fantastic show last night we were up early this morning and left the hotel at 9:30am for the 3 hour drive down to Seattle, the show is in Tacoma tonight but were staying at SeaTac airport as we fly down to Long Beach tomorrow morning.

Vancouver was beautiful and we were lucky yesterday with the weather that it stayed fine and sunny all day but was still cold. Today it was cold but overcast and looking like rain. As we drove out of Vancouver we had a fantastic view of the snow capped mountains and stopped to take a few pictures.

As we drove a couple of miles out of the city we passed a children's play place that we just had to stop and take a few pictures outside! Especially for Jens!!

It started to rain after an hour on the road but managed to snap a few pictures of the mountains on the way. it was gorgeous driving down with the mountains on either side and in front of you.

We got past the border real easy, as i had been in the US before my passport was already stamped, plus i was leaving for the UK this coming Wednesday so he took one quick look at them and waved us through.

We stopped half an hour after we had crossed the US border at a Denny's for breakfast, ate way too much and then wobbled back towards the car. The rest of the trip was pretty boring, Kami fell asleep as normal, the rain started to come down pretty hard (pretty normal for Seattle i believe!) and the traffic started to build up! Its now 3pm on Saturday afternoon and we just checked into the hotel at SeaTac airport. Have a few friends to meet up with tonight before the show and only two more shows left after tonight!!
